Press Release

Emulators Inc. announces:

Bellevue, Wash. – May 23 2000: Emulators Inc. is pleased to announce that in a very friendly meeting today between Emulators Inc president Darek Mihocka and Microcode Solutions president Jim Drew, full ownership and distribution rights of the Fusion PC emulator were sold to Emulators Inc. Both companies have agreed to continue to independently develop and market PowerPC Macintosh emulators in the future. Microcode will provide technical support to their Fusion customers.

This agreement expands the Emulators product line, now offering both MS-DOS and Windows based Macintosh emulation solutions for PC users. Over the next few months we plan to add a Linux based Macintosh emulator as well. We will also continue to release new versions of our Atari 8-bit and Atari ST emulator product lines for MS-DOS and Windows.

With this fusion of technologies, Emulators will incorporate the best features of both emulators into both products. Code optimizations will be combined to offer new levels of speed in Macintosh emulation on PCs. These improvements will result in more consistent Macintosh emulation, regardless of whether MS-DOS or Windows is being used, as well as more powerful emulation compared to what is available today separately. Users of both products will benefit from this technology merger.

Preview versions of the newly merged products will be available from our web site, and the products will be featured at our exhibits at this summer's COMDEX and MACWORLD computer shows. New pricing and availability will be announced in the next few weeks.

Emulators Inc. has produced state-of-the-art Atari and Apple Macintosh emulators for more than 13 years. For more information on SoftMac 2000 contact Darek Mihocka at darek@emulators.com, visit our booth at MACWORLD 2000 in New York City this July, or visit our web site at http://www.emulators.com.
